Book Week
Year 2 had a fantastic book week.
All classes took part in a variety of fun and educational activities related to reading.
The children loved story time with Mrs Sinclair where they read the story of the Gruffalo.
Another highlight of the week was the Treasure Hunt, where the children had to answer clues about stories, before moving onto the next clue.
Well done to 2NA who won the door competition. They had been reading the Tiger Who came to Tea, and their door was full of their weeks hard work which included pop up books, finger puppets and letter writing.
All of the Year 2 doors looked fantastic and evidenced the children's hard work and excitement which they enjoyed participating in throughout the week.
Thank you to the parents for providing fantastic dressing up costumes!
